About Alper Eskalen, MD, FEBOPRAS
Dr. Alper Eskalen completed his 6-year medical education at Ankara Gazi University Faculty of Medicine with Honors Degree. He was an observer at the most prestigious universities of the United States and the world, Johns Hopkins University and La Sapienza University of Rome. He also studied at Comenius University within the scope of the Erasmus internship program.
He started his 5-year Plastic Surgery training at Çukurova University Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic. After spending 1 year here, he completed the remaining 4 years of training at Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and was awarded the title of operator doctor.
During his specialty training, Dr. Alper Eskalen performed over 1,000 successful operations and over 10,000 medical aesthetic procedures. He also had the opportunity to participate in many local and international scientific congresses and studies. Additionally, he participated in operations with many world-renowned plastic surgeons in his field.
In 2023, he was successful in the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) Examination organized in Vienna and was awarded the title of FEBOPRAS. In the same year, he received the Certificate of Competence issued by the Turkish Plastic Surgery Association.
Dr. Eskalen is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the Turkish Plastic Surgery Association.
