Dr. Alper Eskalen, 6 yıllık tıp eğitimini Ankara Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde Onur Derecesi ile tamamladı. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nin ve dünyanın en prestijli üniversiteleri olan Johns Hopkins Üniversitesi ve Roma La Sapienza Üniversitesi’nde gözlemci olarak bulundu. Ayrıca Erasmus staj programı kapsamında Comenius Üniversitesi’nde eğitim gördü.
Çukurova Üniversitesi Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Kliniği’nde 5 yıllık Plastik Cerrahi eğitimine başladı. Burada 1 yıl geçirdikten sonra kalan 4 yıllık eğitimini İstanbul Medipol Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı’nda tamamlayarak operatör doktor unvanını almaya hak kazandı.
Uzmanlık eğitimi süresince Dr. Alper Eskalen 1.000’in üzerinde başarılı operasyon ve 10.000’in üzerinde medikal estetik işlem gerçekleştirdi. Ayrıca birçok yerel ve uluslararası bilimsel kongre ve çalışmalara katılma fırsatı buldu. Ayrıca alanında dünyaca ünlü birçok plastik cerrah ile birlikte operasyonlara katıldı.
2023 yılında Viyana’da düzenlenen European Board of Plastic Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) Sınavında başarılı olarak FEBOPRAS unvanını almaya hak kazandı. Aynı yıl Türk Plastik Cerrahi Derneği tarafından verilen Yeterlilik Belgesini aldı.
